inFire HTC speed with Superspeed function

This high-temperature furnace caters for all types of sintered ceramic which can be machined on the inLab milling unit. In the “Speed” mode it is possible to sinter zirconium oxide frameworks in just 60 minutes.

The Sirona inFire HTC Speed with the “Superspeed” function is capable of sintering single-tooth crowns made of

Sirona inCoris ZI and inCoris TZI in just 10 minutes. Blocks which have been approved for Superspeed sintering bear a special “Superspeed” label.

Simply switch on, load the workpiece, select the material program and initiate the firing process. The package includes a crucible rest and crucible holder, as well as additional accessories for the safe and convenient handling of the sintering tray and sintering crucible in the Superspeed mode.

Crowns and copings can be sintered in just 10 minutes. The Superspeed program has been designed specifically for the Sirona materials “inCoris ZI” and “inCoris TZI”. Please pay attention to the specific processing instructions for these materials.

inFire HTC speed meet Superspeed and Metal Sinter-function

Today between 60 and 70% of all bridge frameworks worldwide are still made of non-precious-metal (NPM) alloys. In combination with the argon gas management module the inFire HTC furnace can now sinter Sirona inCoris CC blocks in an inert atmosphere.

The Sirona inFire HTC Speed with the Superspeed and Metal functions is capable of sintering ceramic materials, as well as pre-sintered non-precious metals. This high-temperature furnace is factory-fitted with a NPM sintering function. The internal gas management module permits the controlled input of argon.
