As a matter of fact, all organizations are surviving as an open systems, their external environment affects every aspect of the organization and more importantly the environment that they exist in, is dynamic by nature.  

Exchanging reciprocal feedbacks on environmental evolutions and analyzing these feedbacks, will consequently adjust organizations’ requirements with the existing situation in the environment, leading the organization to achieve its ultimate goal.

“Systems and procedures Dept.” is a newborn department in DYD which is responsible for recognition and make documentation of the processes and finally revising and reengineering the procedures.

The main objective of this Dept. is recognition of the internal weaknesses and converting them into strengths via upcoming opportunities through highly integrated collaboration with other parts of the organization.
