Regulatory department in DarmanYab Darou is in charge of registration, import and distribution of pharmaceutical products , appliances and food supplements, by collecting ,evaluating and submitting registration documents complying to Iranian Ministry of Health rules and regulations.
For products included in Iranian National Formulary , depending on Ministry of Health instruction for evaluation of dossier , it will be evaluated based on a classified time table there are four different timing group for evaluation, which are three , six , twelve and twenty four months period .
For products not included in National Formulary list, with the scientific support of our business partners, we propose brand new molecules to our Ministry of health committee deciding about new products, this process enable us to update and add them to our local list of drugs in parallel to the fast growing world Pharmaceutical Market .
