Name: Propofol MCT/LCT 1%          20 ml Ampoule and 50 ml Vial

Features:

Propofol MCT/LCT – a short-acting general i.v. anaes-thetic agent
MCT/LCT (medium and long chain triclycerides)
Oil-in-water emulsion containing a 1:1 mixture of MCT
(coconut) and LCT (soy bean) oil
Onset of action within 30 – 40 sec
Short duration of action (4 – 6 min) due to a rapid
Metabolisation and elimination.
No preservatives
